Founded by DJ and community builder Rachel Goode and digital strategist Vicki Allen, Menopause of Sound is a feel-good daytime disco movement created for midlife women who still love music, dancing and connection.
 
We host high-energy, judgement-free daytime parties where women can let loose, relive their clubbing days, and make new friendships – all without the late nights. Think big tunes, packed dancefloors, and pure joy… just home before bedtime!
 
More than just events, Menopause of Sound exists to support women through the often-overlooked midlife transition. By combining music, nostalgia and community, we’ve created spaces that boost confidence, wellbeing and belonging at a time when many women can feel invisible.
 
Our Daytime Discos attract vibrant, socially active women aged 30+ who value experiences, self-care and brands that genuinely understand them.

Menopause of Sound is proudly building a growing community that proves midlife isn’t about slowing down – it’s about turning the volume up.
